ALL FORMS MUST BE completed online. Every child needs a parent to complete the online permission form to participate. Each person in a group must complete the form! EVERY CHILD IN THE GROUP MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE ONLINE FORM.

The following are the due dates for each grade:
5th Grade Form due February 21
4th Grade Form due February 23
3rd Grade Form due February 26
2nd Grade Form due February 28
1st Grade Form due March 2
Kindergarten Form due March 5
If you sign up after the grade level due date, then you are not guaranteed your first choice song. All forms due March 6!
All music is due by March 21st ! If you want to send in the music earlier, you may. If you are having trouble with your song, then you need to contact the variety show before March 21st.
