Voting to update the Manoa PTO by-laws took place during the June 4, 2019 general meeting.
Below were the recommended changes. The final, approved by-laws will be posted soon.
Dear Manoa PTO Member,
We, as the Bylaws Committee of the Manoa Parent Teacher Organization are proposing revisions to our Constitution and By-Laws. We reviewed the current 2018 version Adopted articles April 17, 2018; Amended April 17, 2018.
During our discussion phase, we have discovered that revisions were made to the by-laws between 2014 to present. It is unknown whether all of these revisions have been voted on and adopted by membership. As such, we are providing you with the noted changes between the 2014 version and the current 2018 version for your review.
Further, the Committee has reviewed the 2018 version noted above and we are providing you with suggested revisions. The following is a list of the Articles we addressed for your review and approval:
