Get to know the 2024 – 2025 Manoa Elementary PTO board members:
Kristen Osborne – President
Kristen, a native of Roxborough, moved to Havertown in 2012 with her husband Brian and their dog Cooper. Since then, their family has grown with four girls – Cora (10), and Kathryn (8), Teresa (8) and Gwendolyn (8). All are currently students at Manoa Elementary. Kristen loves being a part of the Havertown and Manoa communities. She is grateful for each and every opportunity to serve the Manoa community by focusing on supporting the needs of students and teachers, and values all of the friendships and connections made along the way.
Erin Canuso – Vice President
Born and raised in Haverford Township, Erin moved back to the area after living with her husband in Conshohocken shortly after they were married in 2011. Erin has twins – Anthony and Zoe – who are in fourth grade. Erin is the Vice President of Client Services for Olson Research Group, a pharmaceutical and medical device marketing research company. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, beach trips to Ocean City and Avalon, and exploring new restaurants.
Elizabeth Marshaleck – Recognition Secretary
Havertown has been home to Elizabeth for 19 years after her husband, Ed, convinced her to move to his hometown. They have three kids, Charlie (7th), Adam (5th) and Grace (2nd). Elizabeth works part-time for a large beverage company as the Payroll Manager. When not working or running the kids to and from activities, Elizabeth enjoys exercising, the outdoors and being creative. This is her first year as Recognition Secretary having previously served as Recording Secretary for two years.
Katie Mummey – Corresponding Secretary
Katie Mummey is thrilled to serve as Corresponding Secretary for the Manoa PTO Board! She and her husband Steve have twin 3rd graders, Parker and Kaeden, and have called Havertown home for more than a decade. Katie comes from a TV and radio background (most recently CBS3 and KYW Newsradio) and has led the Manoa Media Club and News Team, plus produced video projects for both PTO and school events. Professionally, she stokes multiple fires as a yoga instructor, author and video host/producer. Katie loves thriller novels (self-proclaimed addict), playing the ukulele (somewhat decently), and riding roller coasters with her family (shoutout to Hersheypark;)
Kevin Moran – Treasurer
Kevin lives in Havertown with his wife, Kate & 3 children. Maddie (4th grade), Ryan (2nd grade) & Emma (Kindergarten); all attend Manoa Elementary. Kevin received his BS in Elementary Education from the University of Scranton in May 2001. Kevin spent a year of service with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps in Milwaukee, WI working as an Education Coordinator for an after school tutoring program for K thru 12th graders. He then received a Dual Master’s in Social Work & Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Administration from Marywood University. Kevin has spent the last 20 years working for nonprofit organizations in Camden NJ. For the past 5 years, Kevin has been the Director of Operations & Administration at Joseph’s House of Camden. Kevin loves to spend time with his wife & kids, enjoys beach trips to Sea Isle City & loves taking on new challenges and adventures. Kevin is looking forward to his role as treasurer of the PTO.
Maggie Fox – Recording Secretary
Maggie and her husband Matt are parents to Charlotte (5th), Quinn (3rd), and Asher (1st). After attending Penn State and Drexel University for Nursing, Maggie began her career at Hahnemann. She took some time off to be at home with her kids, and now works per diem at a long term care facility. In her free time, Maggie loves running, a good book, and quality time with her people. She has fallen in love with Manoa and loves giving back to the school community that has loved her kids like family.
